As you may have noticed, my family often enjoys Shishito peppers at home! We appreciate their refreshing taste, satisfying crunch, and mild-hot spiciness.

There are numerous ways to prepare Shishito peppers, but one of our absolute favourites is cooking them with Korean sauce. It's a standout among other Korean side dishes.
